KEPSC is a program that helps developers, contractors and government agencies comply with the Kentucky Pollution Discharge Elimination System (KPDES), KYR10 General Permit for Construction. The KPDES permit is required for all construction with land disturbance one acre and larger and provides that qualified personnel shall inspect all stormwater control, discharge locations, vehicle exits, disturbed areas of the construction site and material storage at least once every 7 days and within 24 hours of receiving more than .5 inches or rain.
